Chelsea Szegidewicz’s journey began with a deep love for music—by age 10, she knew she wanted to play guitar. She earned her associate degree in Guitar Studies from the Atlanta Institute of Music and went on to perform original music at venues ranging from local bars to weddings. After signing with a record label, her career shifted during the pandemic, leading her deeper into healing work.

In 2016, she began therapy, and by 2018, experienced her first sound bath—a transformative moment that sparked her desire to help others through sound. That same year, she was introduced to Chi For Two®, a trauma-informed healing modality developed by her mentor Dee Wagner. She went on to study the method in-depth and completed a 200-hour Sound Therapy certification through Sound Embrace Institute.

Today, Chelsea offers somatic healing sessions that blend Chi For Two®—recognized by ISMETA—with sound therapy techniques, including crystal quartz bowls and vocal toning. These 90-minute sessions are held at Harbor of Dreams Art in Stone Mountain, Georgia, or in clients’ homes, offering a warm, grounded experience that helps people reconnect to their bodies through sound, breath, and gentle movement.

Parallel to her healing work, Chelsea continues writing, recording, and producing music from her home studio. She collaborates with other artists, scoring for short films and documentaries, and recently released her single “Nonononononono”—a somatic anthem centered on the power of saying no. Her proudest musical accomplishment is composing the sonic ID for NPR WABE Atlanta, now airing citywide.

Through all her creative and healing practices, Chelsea remains dedicated to personal growth and community connection, grounded in her belief that music and healing are inseparable.
